His impact has spanned the United States, Australia, the United Kingdom and Asia across industries including technology, property finance and investment, professional services, sport, media and social impact. From scaling brands and shaping growth strategy to mentoring leaders and developing purpose-driven ventures, Andrew is known for combining strategic thinking with strong relational insight.

In 2026, Andrew’s marketing agency, Apiro Marketing, was acquired by California-based Reverse Focus, where he now serves as President. He leads the company’s software (SaaS) operations alongside HECM World, one of the reverse mortgage industry’s leading media platforms, while integrating Apiro’s full-service agency capabilities into the broader Reverse Focus ecosystem. His work sits at the intersection of technology, media, brand and growth, helping organizations combine platforms, content and strategy to create sustainable competitive advantage.

He has a particular ability to see patterns, identify opportunities others miss, and help people navigate seasons of transition, growth and uncertainty. Whether advising leadership teams, building technology-enabled growth strategies, developing content ecosystems, strengthening brands or investing in emerging leaders, Andrew brings both vision and practical execution.

In recent years, Andrew has also invested deeply in leadership and spiritual development, leading and mentoring teams of emerging ministry leaders through a US-based leadership school and on impact initiatives across the United States, Brazil, Mexico, Canada and Australia. His leadership approach is shaped by a deep belief that sustainable business growth and meaningful leadership are built on strong character, clear purpose and the development of people.

Andrew previously helped oversee the rapid growth of PickStar, Australia’s largest marketplace for booking sports stars for events, campaigns and experiences.
​
He was also a founding director of TalkLife, now recognised as one of the world’s leading peer support networks for mental health, collaborating with organizations including Microsoft Research, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Harvard University on pioneering youth mental health insights.
​
Earlier in his career, Andrew worked as a television sports reporter and producer with Nine News in Australia after beginning in the communications department of the Adelaide Football Club in the Australian Football League (AFL).
​
Today, Andrew leads the evolution of the Reverse Focus Group, integrating technology, media, content and brand to build a new kind of growth company positioned at the convergence of property, finance and technology. Alongside this work, he continues to mentor founders, executives and emerging leaders, helping people and organizations navigate change and build lasting influence.
